Witr Dua
Dua 1: Glorifying Allah After Witr
Ubayy ibn Ka’b I reported that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ completed the Witr prayer with salam, he would say the following words. In another narration, he would repeat them three times.
سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ ❁
Subḥāna l-Maliki l-Quddūs.
Glory be to the Sovereign, the All-Holy.

Dua 2: Seeking Allah’s Pleasure and Protection at the End of Witr
Ali I reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would recite the following supplication at the end of the Witr prayer.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِرِضَاكَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ ❁ وَبِمُعَافَاتِكَ مِنْ عُقُوبَتِكَ ❁ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْكَ ❁ لَا أُحْصِي ثَنَاءً عَلَيْكَ ❁ أَنْتَ كَمَا أَثْنَيْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ ❁
Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bi-riḍāka min sakhaṭika, wa-bi-muʿāfātika min ʿuqūbatika, wa-aʿūdhu bika minka, lā uḥṣī thanā'an ʿalayka, anta kamā athnayta ʿalā nafsik.
O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your wrath, and in Your pardon from Your punishment. I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot fully praise You. You are as You have praised Yourself.
