Salawat al-Imam Abdullah ibn Alawi al-Haddad (Arabic: صلوات الإمام عبد الله بن علوي الحداد) is a collection of 7 prayers upon the Prophet ﷺ compiled by the renowned Yemeni scholar and spiritual master Imam Abdullah ibn Alawi al-Haddad. Each salutation is traditionally recited a prescribed number of times. It is related from Imam Ahmad al-Mashhur al-Haddad that whoever recites these 7 Salawat each night in their prescribed numbers may, by Allah’s permission, be blessed with seeing the Prophet ﷺ in a dream.

اللَّهُمَّ يَا رَبَّ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَاِجْزِ سَيِّدَنَا مُحَمَّدًا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنَّا مَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ ❁ (١١)
Allāhumma yā Rabba sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-āli sayyidinā Muḥammadin ṣalli ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin, wa-jzi sayyidanā Muḥammadan ṣallā Llāhu ʿalayhi wa-ālihi wa-sallama ʿannā mā huwa ahluh. (11×)
1. O Allah, O Lord of our master Muhammad and the Family of our master Muhammad, send prayers upon our master Muhammad, and reward our master Muhammad, may Allah send prayers and peace upon him and his Family, on our behalf with that which he is worthy of. (11×)
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ عَدَدَ مَا عَلِمْتَ وَمِلْءَ مَا عَلِمْتَ ❁ (١١)
Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-ʿalā āli sayyidinā Muḥammadin ʿadada mā ʿalimta wa-mil'a mā ʿalimt. (11×)
2. O Allah, send prayers upon our master Muhammad and upon the Family of our master Muhammad, in the number of what You know and the fullness of what You know. (11×)
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ عَدَدَ الشَّفْعِ وَالْوَتْرِ وَكَلِمَاتِ رَبِّنَا الطَّيِّبَاتِ الْمُبَارَكَاتِ ❁ (١١)
Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-ʿalā āli sayyidinā Muḥammadin ʿadada sh-shafʿi wa-l-watri wa-kalimāti Rabbinā ṭ-ṭayyibāti l-mubārakāt. (11×)
3. O Allah, send prayers upon our master Muhammad and upon the Family of our master Muhammad, in the number of the even and odd, and the words of our Lord that are good and blessed. (11×)
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ عَدَدَ كُلِّ ذَرَّةٍ أَلْفَ مَرَّةٍ ❁ (١١)
Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-ʿalā āli sayyidinā Muḥammadin ʿadada kulli dharratin alfa marrah. (11×)
4. O Allah, send prayers upon our master Muhammad and upon the Family of our master Muhammad, equal to the number of every particle, a thousand times. (11×)
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْأَوَّلِينَ وَصَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْآخِرِينَ وَصَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْمَلَإِ الْأَعْلَى إِلَى يَوْمِ الدِّينِ ❁ (١١)
Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-ʿalā āli sayyidinā Muḥammadin fī l-awwalīna, wa-ṣalli ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-ʿalā āli sayyidinā Muḥammadin fī l-ākhirīna, wa-ṣalli ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin fī l-mala'i l-aʿlā ilā yawmi d-dīn. (11×)
5. O Allah, send prayers upon our master Muhammad and upon the Family of our master Muhammad among those who came before, and send prayers upon our master Muhammad and upon the Family of our master Muhammad among those who come after, and send prayers upon our master Muhammad in the highest assembly until the Day of Judgement. (11×)
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ وَكَرِّمْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا وَمَوْلَانَا مُحَمَّدٍ السَّابِقِ لِلْخَلْقِ نُورُهُ الرَّحْمَةِ لِلْعَالَمِينَ ظُهُورُهُ عَدَدَ مَنْ مَضَى مِنْ خَلْقِكَ وَمَنْ بَقِيَ وَمَنْ سَعِدَ مِنْهُمْ وَمَنْ شَقِيَ صَلَاةً تَسْتَغْرِقُ الْعَدَّ وَتُحِيطُ بِالْحَدِّ صَلَاةً لَا غَايَةَ لَهَا وَلَا انْتِهَاءَ وَلَا أَمَدَ لَهَا وَلَا انْقِضَاءَ صَلَاتَكَ الَّتِي صَلَّيْتَ عَلَيْهِ صَلَاةً دَائِمَةً بِدَوَامِكَ بَاقِيَةً بِبَقَائِكَ لَا مُنْتَهَى دُونَ عِلْمِكَ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَأَصْحَابِهِ كَذَلِكَ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى ذَلِكَ ❁ (١١)
Allāhumma ṣalli wa-sallim wa-bārik wa-karrim ʿalā sayyidinā wa-mawlānā Muḥammadini s-sābiqi li-l-khalqi nūruhu, r-raḥmati li-l-ʿālamīna ẓuhūruhu, ʿadada man maḍā min khalqika wa-man baqiya wa-man saʿida minhum wa-man shaqiya, ṣalātan tastaghriqu l-ʿadda wa-tuḥīṭu bi-l-ḥaddi, ṣalātan lā ghāyata lahā wa-lā intihā'a wa-lā amada lahā wa-lā inqiḍā'a, ṣalātaka llatī ṣallayta ʿalayhi, ṣalātan dā'imatan bi-dawāmika, bāqiyatan bi-baqā'ika, lā muntahā dūna ʿilmika, wa-ʿalā ālihi wa-aṣḥābihi ka-dhālika, wa-l-ḥamdu li-Llāhi ʿalā dhālik. (11×)
6. O Allah, send prayers, peace, blessings, and honour upon our master and patron Muhammad, whose light preceded creation, whose manifestation is a mercy to the worlds, in a number equal to all those who have passed from Your creation and those who remain, and those among them who are felicitous and those who are wretched. Send a prayer that surpasses all counting and encompasses every limit, a prayer with no end, no conclusion, no appointed term, and no cessation, the prayer You have sent upon him, a constant prayer by Your everlastingness, enduring by Your eternity, having no end short of Your knowledge. And upon his Family and his Companions likewise. And all praise is due to Allah for that. (11×)
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَاةً تَكُونُ لَكَ رِضًا وَلِحَقِّهِ أَدَاءً ❁ (٣٣)
Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-ʿalā āli sayyidinā Muḥammadin ṣalātan takūnu laka riḍan wa-li-ḥaqqihi adā'ā. (33×)
7. O Allah, send prayers upon our master Muhammad and upon the Family of our master Muhammad, a prayer that is pleasing to You and fulfils his rightful due. (33×)
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ بِعَدَدِ مَا تَعَلَّقَ بِهِ عِلْمُكَ مِنَ الْوَاجِبَاتِ وَالْجَائِزَاتِ وَالْمُسْتَحِيلَاتِ إِجْمَالًا وَتَفْصِيلًا مِنْ يَوْمِ خَلَقْتَ الدُّنْيَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ أَلْفَ مَرَّةٍ ❁ (٣)
Allāhumma ṣalli wa-sallim ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-ʿalā āli sayyidinā Muḥammadin bi-ʿadadi mā taʿallaqa bihi ʿilmuka mina l-wājibāti wa-l-jā'izāti wa-l-mustaḥīlāti ijmālan wa-tafṣīlan, min yawmi khalaqta d-dunyā ilā yawmi l-qiyāmati, fī kulli yawmin alfa marrah. (3×)
8. O Allah, send prayers and peace upon our master Muhammad and upon the Family of our master Muhammad, equal to the number of all that Your knowledge encompasses of necessary, possible and impossible things, in general and in detail, from the day You created the world until the Day of Resurrection, a thousand times each day. (3×)
