Hizb al-Nasr
Hizb al-Nasr (Arabic: حزب النصر; “The Litany of Victory”) is a powerful supplication composed nearly 800 years ago by Imam Abu al-Hasan al-Shadhili. Often described as the “Sword of Shadhili,” it became closely associated with his spiritual strength and steadfastness, particularly during the battles against the Crusaders in 1250, when he and his students would recite it in the face of adversity. It shares its name with the prayer of Imam Abdullah ibn Alawi al-Haddad, also known as Hizb al-Nasr.
