اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي نَوَيْتُ بِصَلَاتِي هَذِهِ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ❁ امْتِثَالًا لِأَمْرِكَ ❁ وَتَصْدِيقًا بِكِتَابِكَ ❁ وَاتِّبَاعًا لِنَبِيِّكَ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ❁ وَمَحَبَّةً فِيهِ وَشَوْقًا إِلَيْهِ ❁ وَتَعْظِيمًا لِحَقِّهِ وَتَشْرِيفًا لَهُ ❁ وَلِكَوْنِهِ أَهْلًا لِذَلِكَ ❁ فَتَقَبَّلْهَا اللَّهُمَّ بِفَضْلِكَ وَجُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ وَإِحْسَانِكَ ❁ وَأَزِلْ حِجَابَ الْغَفْلَةِ عَنْ قَلْبِي ❁ وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ ❁
Allāhumma innī nawaytu bi-ṣalātī hādhihi ʿalā n-nabiyyi sayyidinā Muḥammadin ṣallā Llāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallama, imtithālan li-amrika, wa-taṣdīqan bi-kitābika, wa-ttibāʿan li-nabiyyika sayyidinā Muḥammadin ṣallā Llāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallama, wa-maḥabbatan fīhi wa-shawqan ilayhi, wa-taʿẓīman li-ḥaqqihi wa-tashrīfan lahu, wa-li-kawnihi ahlan li-dhālika, fa-taqabbalhā Llāhumma bi-faḍlika wa-jūdika wa-karamika wa-iḥsānika, wa-azil ḥijāba l-ghaflati ʿan qalbī, wa-jʿalnī min ʿibādika ṣ-ṣāliḥīn.
1. O Allah, I intend with this prayer upon the Prophet, our master Muhammad, may Allah send prayers and peace upon him, in obedience to Your command, in confirmation of Your Book, in following Your Prophet, our master Muhammad, may Allah send prayers and peace upon him, out of love for him and longing for him, out of reverence for his right and in honour of him, and because he is truly worthy of that. So accept it, O Allah, by Your grace, generosity, nobility, and kindness. Remove the veil of heedlessness from my heart, and make me among Your righteous slaves.
اللَّهُمَّ زِدْهُ شَرَفًا عَلَى شَرَفِهِ الَّذِي أَوْلَيْتَهُ ❁ وَعِزًّا عَلَى عِزِّهِ الَّذِي أَعْطَيْتَهُ ❁ وَنُورًا عَلَى نُورِهِ الَّذِي مِنْهُ خَلَقْتَهُ ❁ وَأَعْلِ مَقَامَهُ فِي مَقَامَاتِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ ❁ وَدَرَجَتَهُ فِي دَرَجَاتِ النَّبِيِّينَ ❁ وَأَسْأَلُكَ رِضَاكَ وَالْجَنَّةَ وَرِضَاهُ يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ ❁ مَعَ الْعَافِيَةِ الدَّائِمَةِ فِي الدِّينِ وَالدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ❁ وَالْمَوْتِ عَلَى الْكِتَابِ وَالسُّنَّةِ وَالْجَمَاعَةِ ❁ وَكَلِمَةِ الشَّهَادَةِ عَلَى تَحْقِيقِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ تَبْدِيلٍ وَتَغْيِيرٍ ❁ وَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا ارْتَكَبْتُهُ بِفَضْلِكَ وَإِحْسَانِكَ عَلَيَّ ❁ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ ❁ وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَالتَّابِعِينَ أَجْمَعِينَ ❁ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ❁
Allāhumma zidhu sharafan ʿalā sharafihi lladhī awlaytahu, wa-ʿizzan ʿalā ʿizzihi lladhī aʿṭaytahu, wa-nūran ʿalā nūrihi lladhī minhu khalaqtahu, wa-aʿli maqāmahu fī maqāmāti l-mursalīna, wa-darajatahu fī darajāti n-nabiyyīna, wa-as'aluka riḍāka wa-l-jannata wa-riḍāhu yā Rabba l-ʿālamīna, maʿa l-ʿāfiyati d-dā'imati fī d-dīni wa-d-dunyā wa-l-ākhirati, wa-l-mawti ʿalā l-kitābi wa-s-sunnati wa-l-jamāʿati, wa-kalimati sh-shahādati ʿalā taḥqīqihā min ghayri tabdīlin wa-taghyīrin, wa-ghfir lī mā rtakabtuhu bi-faḍlika wa-iḥsānika ʿalayya, innaka anta t-Tawwābu r-Raḥīmu, wa-ṣallā Llāhu wa-sallama ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-ālihi wa-ṣaḥbihi wa-t-tābiʿīna ajmaʿīna, wa-l-ḥamdu li-Llāhi Rabbi l-ʿālamīn.
2. O Allah, increase him in honour beyond the honour You have already granted him, in might beyond the might You have given him, and in light beyond the light from which You created him. Raise his rank among the ranks of the Messengers, and elevate his degree among the degrees of the Prophets. And I ask You for Your pleasure and Paradise, and for his pleasure, O Lord of the Worlds, along with lasting well-being in religion, in this world, and in the Hereafter, and death upon the Book, the Sunnah, and the community, and upon the declaration of faith in its full realisation, without alteration or change. Forgive me for what I have committed, through Your grace and kindness towards me. Indeed, You are the Ever-Accepting of Repentance, the Most Merciful. And may Allah send prayers and peace upon our master Muhammad, his Family, his Companions, and all those who follow them. And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
﴿إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسْلِيمًا ❁﴾
﴾Inna Llāha wa-malā'ikatahu yuṣallūna ʿalā n-nabiyyi yā ayyuha lladhīna āmanū ṣallū ʿalayhi wa-sallimū taslīmā﴿.
3. “Indeed, Allah and His Angels send prayers upon the Prophet. O you who believe, send prayers upon him and greet him with peace.” (33:56)
