Dua Qunoot
Dua 1: Qunoot for Witr
Al-Hasan ibn Ali I reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught him the following supplication to recite in Witr:
اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ ❁ وَعَافِنِي فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ ❁ وَتَوَلَّنِي فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ ❁ وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتَ ❁ وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ ❁ فَإِنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلَا يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ ❁ وَإِنَّهُ لَا يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ ❁ تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ ❁
Allāhumma hdinī fīman hadayta, wa-ʿāfinī fīman ʿāfayta, wa-tawallanī fīman tawallayta, wa-bārik lī fīmā aʿṭayta, wa-qinī sharra mā qaḍayta, fa-innaka taqḍī wa-lā yuqḍā ʿalayka, wa-innahu lā yadhillu man wālayta, tabārakta Rabbanā wa-taʿālayt.
O Allah, guide me among those whom You have guided, grant me well-being among those whom You have granted well-being, and take me into Your care among those whom You have taken into Your care. Bless me in what You have given me and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed. Indeed, You decree and none can decree against You. Whoever You take into Your care will never be humiliated. Blessed are You, our Lord, and Exalted.

Dua 2: Qunoot of Umar ibn al-Khattab
Al-Nawawi relates that Shafi’i scholars recommended the Qunoot reported from Umar ibn al-Khattab I, which he would recite in the Fajr prayer after rising from ruku:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْتَعِينُكَ ❁ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَلَا نَكْفُرُكَ ❁ وَنُؤْمِنُ بِكَ ❁ وَنَخْلَعُ مَنْ يَفْجُرُكَ ❁ اللَّهُمَّ إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ ❁ وَلَكَ نُصَلِّي وَنَسْجُدُ ❁ وَإِلَيْكَ نَسْعَى وَنَحْفِدُ ❁ نَرْجُو رَحْمَتَكَ ❁ وَنَخْشَى عَذَابَكَ ❁ إِنَّ عَذَابَكَ الْجِدَّ بِالْكُفَّارِ مُلْحِقٌ ❁ اللَّهُمَّ عَذِّبِ الْكَفَرَةَ الَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِكَ ❁ وَيُكَذِّبُونَ رُسُلَكَ ❁ وَيُقَاتِلُونَ أَوْلِيَاءَكَ ❁ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ❁ وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ ❁ وَأَصْلِحْ ذَاتَ بَيْنِهِمْ ❁ وَأَلِّفْ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِهِمْ ❁ وَاجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الْإِيمَانَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ ❁ وَثَبِّتْهُمْ عَلَى مِلَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ❁ وَأَوْزِعْهُمْ أَنْ يُوفُوا بِعَهْدِكَ الَّذِي عَاهَدْتَهُمْ عَلَيْهِ ❁ وَانْصُرْهُمْ عَلَى عَدُوِّكَ وَعَدُوِّهِمْ إِلَهَ الْحَقِّ ❁ وَاجْعَلْنَا مِنْهُمْ ❁
Allāhumma innā nastaʿīnuka, wa-nastaghfiruka wa-lā nakfuruka, wa-nu'minu bika, wa-nakhlaʿu man yafjuruk. Allāhumma iyyāka naʿbudu, wa-laka nuṣallī wa-nasjudu, wa-ilayka nasʿā wa-naḥfidu, narjū raḥmataka, wa-nakhshā ʿadhābaka, inna ʿadhābaka l-jidda bi-l-kuffāri mulḥiq. Allāhumma ʿadhdhibi l-kafarata lladhīna yaṣuddūna ʿan sabīlika, wa-yukadhdhibūna rusulaka, wa-yuqātilūna awliyā'ak. Allāhumma ghfir li-l-mu'minīna wa-l-mu'mināti, wa-l-muslimīna wa-l-muslimāti, wa-aṣliḥ dhāta baynihim, wa-allif bayna qulūbihim, wa-jʿal fī qulūbihimu l-īmāna wa-l-ḥikmata, wa-thabbithum ʿalā millati Rasūli Llāhi ṣallā Llāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallama, wa-awziʿhum an yūfū bi-ʿahdika lladhī ʿāhadtahum ʿalayhi, wa-nṣurhum ʿalā ʿaduwwika wa-ʿaduwwihim, Ilāha l-Ḥaqqi, wa-jʿalnā minhum.
O Allah, we seek Your help and ask Your forgiveness. We are not ungrateful to You. We believe in You and reject those who disobey You. O Allah, You alone we worship, to You we pray and prostrate, and towards You we strive and hasten. We hope for Your mercy and fear Your punishment. Indeed, Your punishment will surely overtake the disbelievers. O Allah, punish the disbelievers who bar others from Your path, deny Your Messengers and fight Your allies. O Allah, forgive the believing men and women and the Muslim men and women. Set right their relations with one another, unite their hearts, and place faith and wisdom within their hearts. Keep them firm upon the religion of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah send prayers and peace upon him, inspire them to fulfil Your covenant which You have taken from them, and grant them victory over Your enemy and theirs, O God of Truth. And make us among them.

Dua 3: Sending Prayers Upon the Prophet ﷺ
It is recommended to send prayers and peace upon the Prophet ﷺ and his family after the Qunoot:
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَلِّمْ ❁
Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa-ʿalā āli Muḥammadin wa-sallim.
O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, and grant them peace.
