Dua Hajat
Dua 1: Supplication for Salat al-Hajah
Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa I reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that whoever has a need from Allah or from another person should perform wudu thoroughly, pray two rakʿahs, praise Allah, send prayers upon the Prophet ﷺ, and then recite:
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْحَلِيمُ الْكَرِيمُ ❁ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ ❁ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ❁ أَسْأَلُكَ مُوجِبَاتِ رَحْمَتِكَ ❁ وَعَزَائِمَ مَغْفِرَتِكَ ❁ وَالْغَنِيمَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ بِرٍّ ❁ وَالسَّلَامَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ إِثْمٍ ❁ لَا تَدَعْ لِي ذَنْبًا إِلَّا غَفَرْتَهُ ❁ وَلَا هَمًّا إِلَّا فَرَّجْتَهُ ❁ وَلَا حَاجَةً هِيَ لَكَ رِضًا إِلَّا قَضَيْتَهَا ❁ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ ❁
Lā ilāha illā Llāhu l-Ḥalīmu l-Karīmu, subḥāna Llāhi Rabbi l-ʿArshi l-ʿAẓīmi, al-ḥamdu li-Llāhi Rabbi l-ʿālamīna, as'aluka mūjibāti raḥmatika, wa-ʿazā'ima maghfiratika, wa-l-ghanīmata min kulli birrin, wa-s-salāmata min kulli ithmin, lā tadaʿ lī dhanban illā ghafartahu, wa-lā hamman illā farrajtahu, wa-lā ḥājatan hiya laka riḍan illā qaḍaytahā, yā Arḥama r-rāḥimīn.
There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Most Generous. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the Mighty Throne. All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds. I ask You for that which brings about Your mercy, that which secures Your forgiveness, the attainment of every good deed, and safety from every sin. Leave no sin of mine unforgiven, no worry of mine unrelieved, and no need that is pleasing to You unfulfilled, O Most Merciful of those who show mercy.

Dua 2: Supplication Taught to the Blind Man
Uthman ibn Hunayf I reported that a blind man I came to the Prophet ﷺ and asked him to supplicate to Allah to cure him. The Prophet ﷺ instructed him to perform wudu and seek Allah through the intercession of the Prophet ﷺ with the following supplication.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ وَأَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَيْكَ بِنَبِيِّكَ مُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيِّ الرَّحْمَةِ ❁ يَا مُحَمَّدُ إِنِّي تَوَجَّهْتُ بِكَ إِلَى رَبِّي فِي حَاجَتِي هَذِهِ لِتُقْضَى لِي ❁ اللَّهُمَّ فَشَفِّعْهُ فِيَّ ❁
Allāhumma innī as'aluka wa-atawajjahu ilayka bi-nabiyyika Muḥammadin nabiyyi r-raḥmah. Yā Muḥammadu innī tawajjahtu bika ilā Rabbī fī ḥājatī hādhihi li-tuqḍā lī. Allāhumma fa-shaffiʿhu fiyy.
O Allah, I ask You and turn to You through Your Prophet Muhammad, the Prophet of Mercy. O Muhammad, I have turned through you to my Lord concerning this need of mine, that it may be fulfilled for me. O Allah, accept his intercession for me.

Dua 3: Asking for Good in This World and the Hereafter
Imam al-Nawawi recommends also supplicating with the following comprehensive Qur’anic dua when asking Allah to fulfil one’s needs.
﴿رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ ❁﴾
﴾Rabbanā ātinā fī d-dunyā ḥasanatan wa-fī l-ākhirati ḥasanatan wa-qinā ʿadhāba n-nār﴿.
"Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire." (2:201)
