Dua 1: Congratulating Someone on the Birth of a Child
It is mustahabb to congratulate someone upon the birth of a child. Among the supplications mentioned for this occasion is the following, reported from al-Husayn I, who taught the following dua.
بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ فِي الْمَوْهُوبِ لَكَ ❁ وَشَكَرْتَ الْوَاهِبَ ❁ وَبَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ ❁ وَرُزِقْتَ بِرَّهُ ❁
Bāraka Llāhu laka fī l-mawhūbi laka, wa-shakarta l-Wāhiba, wa-balagha ashuddahu, wa-ruziqta birrah.
May Allah bless you in the child bestowed upon you. May you give thanks to the Giver, may he reach full maturity, and may you be blessed with his dutifulness.

Dua 2: Replying to Congratulations on the Birth of a Child
It is mustahabb for the one who is congratulated on the birth of a child to respond with a supplication in return. Among the recommended responses are:
بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ ❁ وَبَارَكَ عَلَيْكَ ❁
جَزَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا ❁
رَزَقَكَ اللَّهُ مِثْلَهُ ❁
أَجْزَلَ اللَّهُ ثَوَابَكَ ❁
جَزَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا ❁
رَزَقَكَ اللَّهُ مِثْلَهُ ❁
أَجْزَلَ اللَّهُ ثَوَابَكَ ❁
Bāraka Llāhu laka wa-bāraka ʿalayk.
Jazāka Llāhu khayrā.
Razaqaka Llāhu mithlah.
Ajzala Llāhu thawābak.
Jazāka Llāhu khayrā.
Razaqaka Llāhu mithlah.
Ajzala Llāhu thawābak.
