Dua for Loneliness
Dua 1: Seeking Protection from Loneliness
Walid ibn Walid I complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ of loneliness. The Prophet ﷺ instructed him to recite the following dua when going to bed and informed him that the devils would not harm him or come near him.
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ غَضَبِهِ ❁ وَعِقَابِهِ وَشَرِّ عِبَادِهِ ❁ وَمِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ ❁ وَأَنْ يَحْضُرُونَ ❁
Aʿūdhu bi-kalimāti Llāhi t-tāmmāti min ghaḍabihi wa-ʿiqābihi, wa-sharri ʿibādihi, wa-min hamazāti sh-shayāṭīni, wa-an yaḥḍurūn.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His wrath and His punishment, from the evil of His slaves, from the promptings of the devils, and from their coming near me.

Dua 2: Glorifying Allah to Remove Loneliness
Al-Bara ibn Azib I narrated that a man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and complained of loneliness. He instructed him to frequently recite these words, and when the man did so, his loneliness left him.
سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ ❁ رَبِّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ ❁ جُلِّلَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالأَرْضُ بِالْعِزَّةِ وَالْجَبَرُوتِ ❁
Subḥāna l-Maliki l-Quddūsi, Rabbi l-malā'ikati wa-r-rūḥi, jullilati s-samāwātu wa-l-arḍu bi-l-ʿizzati wa-l-jabarūt.
Transcendent is the Sovereign, the Pure, Lord of the angels and the Spirit. The heavens and the earth have been clothed in might and overpowering dominion.
