Dua for Insomnia
Dua 1: Supplication for Sleeplessness
Zayd ibn Thabit I narrated that he complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about sleeplessness, so the Prophet ﷺ told him to say:
Allāhumma ghārati n-nujūmu, wa-hada'ati l-ʿuyūnu, wa-anta Ḥayyun Qayyūmun, lā ta'khudhuka sinatun wa-lā nawmun, yā Ḥayyu yā Qayyūmu, ahdi' laylī wa-anim ʿaynī.
O Allah, the stars have set and the eyes have grown still, while You are the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes You. O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting, soothe my night and cause my eyes to sleep.

Dua 2: Supplication for Sleeplessness and Protection From Evil at Night
Buraydah I reported that Khalid ibn Walid I complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ of sleeplessness. The Prophet ﷺ instructed him to say the following when going to bed.
Allāhumma Rabba s-samāwāti s-sabʿi wa-mā aẓallat, wa-Rabba l-araḍīna wa-mā aqallat, wa-Rabba sh-shayāṭīni wa-mā aḍallat, kun lī jāran min sharri khalqika kullihim jamīʿan, an yafruṭa ʿalayya aḥadun minhum aw an yabghiya ʿalayya, ʿazza jāruka, wa-jalla thanā'uka, wa-lā ilāha ghayruka, wa-lā ilāha illā ant.
O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and all that they overshadow, Lord of the earths and all that they carry, and Lord of the devils and those they lead astray, be a protector for me against the evil of all Your creation, so that none of them may overstep against me or act unjustly toward me. Mighty is the one You protect, exalted is Your praise, and there is no god besides You, and there is no god but You.
